What does Miracle Ventures do with personal data collected through this site?
Miracle Ventures Ltd collects personal data through one route on this site, the partnership application form, and uses it only to assess and answer that application.
What personal data does this site collect?
This site collects only what is typed into the partnership application form: business name, website, trade, region, years trading, turnover band, marketing spend band, owner name, email address, phone number and the answer to the final question.
Nothing else on this site collects personal data. The estimator and the eligibility checker run entirely in the browser and send nothing anywhere. There is no advertising or profiling technology on this site.
Why does Miracle Ventures hold it, and for how long?
Miracle Ventures Ltd holds application data to assess the application and to reply to it, on the lawful basis of legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry it was asked to answer.
An application that leads to a partnership is retained for the life of that partnership and for six years afterwards, which is the period UK company records are kept. An application that does not is deleted within 12 months.
What rights does someone have over data Miracle Ventures holds about them?
Anyone whose data Miracle Ventures Ltd holds has four rights over it: a copy of it, a correction to it, its deletion, and an objection to it being held at all.
Requests go to partner@miracleventures.co.uk and are answered within one month. A complaint about how a request was handled can be taken to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
